The basics

What is BladerKit?

It's a tool for making Beyblade X tournament graphics: results cards (cover, placements, Swiss King and Queen, MVP and standings), the poster that announces the tournament, and a card for your deck.

Beyond graphics, it has tools for organisers and players: a catalogue of every part with detail pages, tips for judges at the Bey Check, and news about releases.

See how it works
Is it free?

Yes, with no limits: create as many tournaments and graphics as you need. There are no subscriptions, paid versions or ads.

Every graphic carries a small "made with BladerKit" signature in a free corner: that's how the tool gets known by other clubs.

Do I need an account?

No. No sign-up, email or password: open the site and start.

This means your tournaments stay on the device you are using. To work on them from another phone or computer, make a backup and open it on the new device (see "Changing phone" below).

Can I use it with any league or shop?

Yes. BladerKit isn't tied to any league: you choose the league name, logo, colours and fonts in the club profile, and that's what ends up on your graphics.

The Gear Sports league rules (an Italian circuit) are optional: turn them on with Also check Gear Sports (GSI) rules on the deck card, and they appear, always kept separate, in the deck check and on the catalogue pages. If your tournament has different rules, those apply.

Is it an official product?

No. BladerKit is an independent community project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Takara Tomy, Hasbro or any league. Beyblade and the part names are trademarks of Takara Tomy and Hasbro.

Part names and data come from the Beyblade Wiki, a community project licensed under CC BY-SA. The site doesn't publish official part images: your club uploads its own.

Who made it? How can I help?

It was made by GibboneConquistatore of Team Dokuja, for the Italian Beyblade X community, and it's now open to everyone.

You can help by using it and keeping the signature on your graphics, by reporting mistakes, or by suggesting a colour theme or a judging tip to the community. It's all done from the app, no account needed.

Making graphics

What graphics can I make?

Results: a cover, a card for every placement from Top 4 to Top 64, Swiss King or Queen and MVP cards, and the full standings in a single image. For each blader you can add a photo, combos and badges.

Poster: the tournament's date, venue, times, entry fee and prizes. The text resizes itself to fit.

Deck card: your deck with photo, name, blader and three combos. And, in the club profile, the club's social images with logo, members and QR code.

The step-by-step tutorial
What size are the images?

The post is 1080×1350 pixels (4:5), the size Instagram shows largest in the feed. The Story is 1080×1920 (9:16) and keeps the text away from the areas covered by Instagram's controls. The club's social images also come in a square format.

On a phone the preview is small, but the downloaded file is always full resolution.

How do I post the graphics on Instagram?

Tap Download card for the card that is open. On a phone a panel appears with Share, which opens Instagram, WhatsApp or Save Image directly, and Download, which works even when the browser blocks automatic downloads.

For a results carousel, on a phone tap All cards and then Share all: you can save them all to your camera roll with Save Images or open the Instagram carousel directly, already in the right order. Instagram takes 20 images per carousel: beyond that, the cards are shared in groups. If your phone can't share several images at once, use Download images.

On a computer, All (ZIP) puts every card in a single file. Either way, the app warns you if a name is missing.

Can I use my club's logo, colours and fonts?

Yes. Upload the logo once in the Club panel: it appears next to the event logo, at the top of the poster and, if you like, as a watermark. In Colours & fonts pick a ready-made theme or change the 12 colours and the fonts, and you can upload your club's font (TTF, OTF or WOFF).

A style is saved with a name; the star makes it the style for new tournaments. You can also share it with other clubs through a link or suggest it for the community theme gallery.

How do I add the bladers' combos?

Choose the line (Basic, Custom CX or CX Expand) and tap Catalogue for each part: find it by typing its name or abbreviation, for example "LO". The combo name builds itself; if you type it yourself, yours is kept.

You can use Takara Tomy or Hasbro names: the choice is stored in the club profile. If a part is missing, Add a missing part puts it in the club catalogue and you'll find it everywhere.

Why don't the parts have images?

The official photos and renders of the parts belong to Takara Tomy and Hasbro, so BladerKit doesn't publish them: on the cards a part shows its abbreviation or name.

If you have your own images (for example photos of your parts), upload them in Club → Parts, one at a time or all together with a .zip pack: Download the template gives you the instructions and the list of file names. They stay in your browser and travel with the club profile.

Can I remove the "made with BladerKit" signature?

No. It's designed to be discreet: it's small, sits in a free corner and has no QR code or link. It's how a free, ad-free tool can become known to other clubs.

Can several people work on the same tournament?

Not at the same time, because there's no server with shared data. But work is easy to pass on: Events → Export this tournament creates a .bladerkit.zip file with data and photos, and whoever receives it opens it with Import file.

For the club's style, use Export profile in the Club panel: whoever imports it chooses whether to take only the styles and parts, add you as a partner club or, if it's the same club, replace their own profile.

The poster says "Too much content": what do I do?

The poster's text shrinks by itself down to a limit, beyond which it would no longer be readable. To fit everything, turn off some blocks, shorten the longest texts or switch to the taller Story format.

I used the old Poster Editor: how do I get my projects back?

Open the old editor on the same device and browser where your projects are, tap Export project, then here go to Events → Import file. Club profiles from the old editor open too.

Open the old editor (opens in a new tab)

Phone, app and offline

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, it's designed for phones first, the device most used during tournaments. Sections open with a tap and the Preview ↑ button always takes you back to the graphic.

It also works on tablets and computers, where the preview stays next to the fields you fill in.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes, without going through an app store. On iPhone, open the site in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android, in Chrome, open the menu and tap Install app.

The installed app opens full screen and works without a connection too.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, after your first visit, because the connection is often missing at tournaments. The editor, the deck card and the parts catalogue, images included, all work offline.

You only need a connection to download updates and news, send a report or share a link.

How does the app update?

When a new version is out, a notice appears: tap Update whenever you like. The app never reloads by itself while you're working, and your work is already saved.

Data, privacy and photos

Where do my tournaments and photos go?

They stay in the browser of the device you're using. No server receives them: not the bladers' names, not the photos, not the combos.

That's why you can't see them from another browser or device; to move them, use the backup.

Read the Privacy page
Changing phone: how do I keep my tournaments?

Open Events and tap Full backup: all your tournaments and decks go into a single .zip file. On the new device, open it with Import file. The backup merges with what's already there: it deletes nothing and, if a tournament is there twice, it keeps the most recently edited version.

Careful: if you clear the site's data, use private browsing or uninstall the browser, tournaments without a backup are lost. On iPhone, Safari may clear data from sites you haven't opened for a few weeks: installing the app on the Home Screen and making regular backups lowers the risk.

Do you collect statistics?

Only anonymous visit statistics, to understand which parts of the site get used: page visited, referring site, country, device type and browser. They're collected by Vercel Web Analytics, only on bladerkit.it, without cookies and without storing anything on your device.

The statistics have no access to your tournaments, and we only look at aggregated data, which can't identify you.

All the details on the Privacy page
Can I publish the bladers' photos?

Photos stay on your device until you decide to publish the graphic: from that moment, whoever publishes is responsible. Always ask the person in the photo for permission and, if they're a minor, ask a parent or guardian.

If someone would rather not appear, the card can be made without a photo; if they ask after it's been published, the card can be redone and replaced.

Problems and reports

The download doesn't start: what do I do?

After every download a panel appears with Share and Download: use them, they work even when the browser blocks automatic downloads.

If you opened the link from Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram, you're in their in-app browser, which often can't download files: open the menu (usually ⋯) and choose Open in Safari or Open in Chrome.

What if a part is missing or some catalogue data is wrong?

The catalogue is updated from the Beyblade Wiki every two days, so newly announced parts may arrive a few days late. In the meantime you can add them to your club's catalogue with Add a missing part.

If some data is wrong, report it: we'll fix it and, if the mistake is on the wiki, we'll ask for it to be fixed there too.

How do I report a bug or suggest an improvement?

From the ☰ menu on any page of the app, tap Report a problem: an email to report.beystudio@gmail.com is prepared with some technical details (version, browser, open section), which you see before sending. It never contains names, photos or combos. If you can, attach a screenshot.

Suggestions can be sent with the same email or with a message on Instagram.
